How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are delivered to our warehouse and inspected, your store credit will be issued. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and supply chain, please anticipate longer than normal processing time for returns during these times.

What items are returnable?

• Items purchased in the last 14 days.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
• If damaged/worn items are returned, credit will not be issued and items will not be reshipped.

What items are non-refundable?

• Items marked as final sale.
• Free gifts or promotional items.
