Shipping policy
We ship to the following: all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. Please note, times may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables that are out of our control. You can track your shipment's progress using your order number and email.
We provide free domestic ground shipping.
You can select "2-Day" or "Next Day" shipping at additional cost at checkout for domestic orders. Order must be received before 9:00am PST to ship the same day it is placed (on a business day).
You must contact customer service at info@corindemarco.com to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot update your shipping address after the order has been shipped.
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

All orders are shipped via UPS.
Returns + Exchanges
CORIN DEMARCO aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s). Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. To return an item, the following conditions must be met: Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Customers can begin their return process here Once item(s) are received and inspected, credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Please note - Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged. - Items purchased online are not returnable in-store. - In-store purchases are only refundable in-store. Please contact us at info@corindemarco.com for further assistance with a return or exchange.

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.
We are so sorry, but we are no longer accepting exchanges. Ultimately we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact info@corindemarco.com and we can help you out.
Gift Cards
At checkout, click “Enter a Gift Card or discount code,” type your Gift Card code into the empty field and select “Apply.”
The Digital Gift Card is delivered via email to the buyer immediately after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout. The buyer will need to forward the email to the recipient or print it out to gift it in person. The Gift Card Set is delivered via USPS to the shipping address specified during checkout. You may choose to send it to yourself to gift it to the recipient in person or to send it directly to the recipient by entering his or her shipping address at checkout.

Last Chance is an exclusive collection that is only available for account holders in limited quantities. Most styles will be discontinued and no longer available for purchase. Items will be marked with a new discounted price. All Last Chance items are Final Sale. Last Chance items may be eligible for all promotions, customer discounts, and sales.
